I purchased my hearing aid from Total Vision and Hearing in June 2018. Farzad did the original hearing test and customized my hearing aids for me. I have had a number of follow up appointments with Farzad and he is great. He listens to me and makes the adjustments to my hearing aids accordingly. My hearing aids are perfect for my hearing loss and my family really appreciates me not asking them to repeat themselves now!! Great Work Farzad!

Farzad was very helpfull answered all my questions took care of all my concerns with the new hearing aid and microphone. I visited here as it’s super convenient being close to my home and all staff were very professional and courteous. They looked after me well and I didn’t see a bill (I have coverage through work). I take my children there too as the staff are pleasant and they were great with kids. The ophthamologist that reviewed our eye health was also excellent. Lastly, I love my Oakley’s and will be going back ASAP for another pair.

My husband and I came in having no idea what we wanted, shortly before our vacation. We were welcomed to look around and take our time deciding. There was no pressure of sale and we both got amazing quality glasses. Our eye exams were done on site and we got our glasses in plenty of time for our vacation! Great selection, great customer service and really fast on delivering exactly what we ordered. Can’t wait to come back to get a few more pairs in the future!

This place is FANTASTIC and I would highly recommend it. They have a great selection of truly on trend and fashion forward premium/ designer frames. It’s an honest family operated store that will go the extra mile to ensure that customers are satisfied. My eye exam was done with thoroughness and accuracy. There is a light and easy vibe in the store which is nice for frequent browsing as their products change often. Also, I have always been encouraged by the staff to have my frames adjusted regularly which I have learned makes them extra comfortable to wear.

Farzad was extremely helpful in helping me select the right pair of hearing aids. He was knowledgeable in the products and let try different products rather than take a chance and making the wrong choice on product information alone. The first pair I tried were good but was missing some features that I had already been use to and that I thought were standard features. Farzad has also been very receptive to my follow up appointments for minor adjustments. As a result of my favourable experience, I referred my mother to Farzad and her experience has mirrored my own. I would certainly recommend Total Vision and Hearing and specifically Farzad Karam!!!

Went here to pick up the contacts I had been using for years and had gotten used to. A staff member asked me if I was completely satisfied (dryness etc) with the ones I had been using. It got me thinking about something I hadn’t really put much thought in to. I initially thought that the periods of dry eyes I was getting through the day was normal and exhaustion related. He recommended that I try something else. My eyes are no longer dry! Thank you!
